Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sly Paddock (the "Service"), operated by Sly Trunk. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

Sly Paddock lets you provision and manage dedicated Assetto Corsa Evo and ACC game servers, and automatically records race results, lap times, and leaderboards from sessions run on those servers.

You need an account (email/password or Google sign-in) to use the Service. You may optionally link a Steam account to associate your in-game identity with your Sly Paddock profile — this pulls your public Steam display name and avatar via the Steam Web API.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

The Service offers a Free tier and paid tiers (Plus, Community) with different feature limits, billed via Stripe. Pricing and feature differences are shown on the Upgrade page at the time of purchase.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. See the Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

You agree not to use hosted servers to:

- Distribute illegal content, or content that infringes on third-party intellectual property (including unauthorized game modifications you do not have rights to distribute).

- Harass, abuse, or attempt to compromise other users or the underlying infrastructure.

- Exceed the resource/usage limits of your tier, or attempt to circumvent tier restrictions (e.g. free-tier auto-shutdown, server branding tags).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate servers or accounts that violate these terms.

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Free-tier servers automatically shut down after a period of inactivity, as described on the Upgrade page.

Scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure issues (Google Cloud, Steam, Stripe), or game-server binary issues outside our control may affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sly Trunk is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost race data, lost server uptime, or lost race results, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION — e.g. the State of Delaware, USA], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
